  • If you disclose knowledge of a child at risk of abuse or being abused, I am mandated to report this information to An Tulsa or the Gardai or both if required.
  • During the course of our work together, if it is considered that you are likely to endanger or cause harm to either yourself or another person, I will contact your next of kin or an outside authority such as your GP or the Guards. This will be agreed upon in my counselling agreement.

  • All personal and sensitive information shared during counselling is confidential. However, Mandatory reporting legislations can bypass this confidentiality in extreme cases.
